Overview
TonerSaver : A Simple Software Solution to the High Cost of Enterprise Laser Printing
Companies constantly review their expenses for simple ways to keep costs down but often ignore printing costs, resulting in lost profit. Approximately 2% of revenue is spent entirely on printing and managing printing devices. Research has proven that toner cartridges alone can cost a company hundreds of thousands of dollars every year.
TonerSaver is an enterprise software solution to reduce the high cost of color and monochrome laser printing. By using innovative patented software algorithms to optimize and reduce the toner used by laser printers, TonerSaver enables the life of toner cartridges to be extended while maintaining current printing habits. TonerSaver is centrally managed and can be easily deployed enterprise-wide.

TonerSaver saves organizations money by reducing the usage of toner by up to 50%. By extending the life of toner cartridges, TonerSaver reduces the number of toner cartridges that need to be purchased. The money an organization saves can be used to purchase new equipment, hire new staff, or invested in the bottom line.

How Does TonerSaver Work?
Just Click "Print"
TonerSaver has been designed to seamlessly integrate within existing printing & network infrastructure and printing processes. A TonerSaver deployment does not require any changes to your printer drivers, as it does not replace nor modify them in any way. Instead a small step is added to the process that the operating system uses when communicating print jobs to printer drivers such that we are completely independent of the printer driver. This allows TonerSaver to be deployed with minimal impact on existing systems.

Outstanding Output Quality
Leveraging Software Imaging's printing and imaging expertise, TonerSaver delivers outstanding output quality while continuing to save organizations money. Companies that have deployed TonerSaver have found that savings can be set at more than 30%. Unlike draft and toner reducing modes that may come with laser printers, TonerSaver provides the ability to choose the right balance between cost and quality for an individual organization, thereby allowing a fully customizable optimization of expenditures.
Ease of Management
TonerSaver has been designed for easy and flexible management. TonerSaver administration was designed with an intuitive and efficient layout so users, printers and their savings can be efficiently managed. The TonerSaver Console utilizes Active Directory to enable easy and effective management of users, printers and savings policies. The solution has been designed for low overhead, resulting in very effective cost reduction.
